This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you submit a debt consolidation / debt relief inquiry.

Sole purpose: Information you submit is used solely for Debt Consolidation services—and for that purpose alone. We use it to evaluate eligibility and match you with debt consolidation service providers when applicable. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.

Information we collect

When you use our forms we may collect: name, email, phone number, street address, city, state, ZIP, date of birth, estimated debt amount, IP address, and compliance records such as TrustedForm certificate URLs and Jornaya LeadiD tokens. With your authorization, we may also obtain credit-related information through a soft pull via iSoftpull.

How we use information

Evaluate your eligibility for Debt Consolidation services solely—and for no other purpose.
Obtain a soft credit inquiry through our credit verification partner (iSoftpull) to pre-qualify you for Debt Consolidation services. A soft pull does not affect your credit score.
Connect you with debt consolidation / debt relief partners such as Beyond Finance when you qualify.
Maintain records for compliance and quality assurance (typically up to five years).

Sharing

We share information with service providers and marketing partners only as needed to provide or evaluate Debt Consolidation services. That may include credit soft-pull / verification (iSoftpull), lead certification, and debt consolidation providers you may be matched with (such as Beyond Finance LLC dba Accredited Debt Relief).
